Oscar award winning actress Shelley Francisco was born in Hong Kong, raised in the Philippines and moved to America with her mother at the age of five, where they settled in San Bernardino County, California. In her early teens Shelley took part in a beauty pageant, which piqued her interest in acting and becoming a film star. She went to an acting academy and on her first film audition was booked for Danger Jane. Shelley refined her craft by directing, cinematography, and writing. She achieved a Best Actress award for her role in the short film "Parked" in 2017. The biggest appearances of her career include her performance in the Oscar-winning movie "Skin".
